Reserving an item: Call or email to reserve an item. We are usually happy to do so, excepting just after the launch of a busy online sale.
Packaging & Breakages
We wrap each item very carefully and try to reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible. In the extremely unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or has a fault, please email us immediately. Take phone pictures and do not throw the item away. Keep it in its packaging and please let us know of the problem within 7 days of receipt of goods otherwise we cannot be held responsible for damage that may have occurred.
Where items need specialist carriage please phone or email the gallery to discuss details. We have shipped ceramics, paintings and heavy bronzes all over the world.
Returns:
We offer an exchange or a credit note for any piece purchased in store at Beaux Arts Bath within 28 days of purchase.
For online Purchases:
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your online purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your artwork. To return any items you must contact us by email or letter.
We will only accept the return of item/s unused and in the original undamaged packaging or packaging of the same quality. The customer is responsible for the safe return shipping to the gallery and all artwork is sent back at the customer’s risk. We would advise using recorded delivery. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Shipping Information:
Shipping is at cost price, calculated at checkout and dependant on volumetric weight. We use DHL Express where possible. DHL Express will send a text and/or email information offering delivery options – deliver on an alternative day/leave in a safe place, with a neighbour etc. If you need your artwork by a specific date please let us know. We endeavour to ship as soon as we can after a purchase is made.
International Orders
We use DHL Express for international orders wherever possible. Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes on delivery, payable by the customer. We have extensive experience with this and can advise what these may be, and how long delivery may take. Ultimately we have no control over what international customs agencies may ultimately charge.
For particular items we may need to organise a specialist shipper and we have extensive experience with a number of reputable shipping agencies who can undertake this work.
